About This Zine

Sysops Day Dream is a digital zine documenting the sysop's explorations in consciousness technology, terminal aesthetics, and infrastructure archaeology. Each release is a snapshot of active research, creative experiments, and builds in progress.

Content takes many forms: technical essays on Rust and TUI development, creative writing exploring BBS culture and digital nostalgia, visual experiments with brutalist design and halftone patterns, research notes on architectural patterns, and documentation of experimental builds.

The zine follows the "shacks not cathedrals" philosophy—modular, experimental, rapid prototypes with sound architecture but without production-scale concerns. Ideas are gathered, explored, and shared in their raw, evolving state.
